    We arrived and pre booked our double bed...But got to room and we had twin beds!!? complained - the a maid came and changed the bed (zipped them together?) while we hung around for 45 minutes... I went to reception to see what can be done as we were dissapointed at having to wait around...when their were another few hundred rooms available!! or they could have upgraded us to make us happy, but no..."If you want another room you have to pay" was the response...basically they didnt care that they had made an error in the booking...

    Room was ok...television was a disgrace for a 4* poor reception and no language choice.. In the bathroom the flush mechanism was falling off the wall... Basic basic basic...

    Essentially this is a 2* hotel trying to be a 4* (but not trying hard enough) AVOID!!!!

    Their are better hotels with better prices in the area...
