The abundance of nearby restaurants is a strong advantage and very convenient. The staff is courteous, the breakfast is excellent, and the superior rooms are tidy and adequate. The hotel's best feature is its location, with numerous restaurants and even Michelin-starred options within walking distance. The metro station is also nearby, and it's just five minutes away from the popular Termemilano spa. The room is adequate, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Early check-in was allowed without any issues. On the downside, some reviewers mentioned small rooms and showers, additional charges for drinks not included in the reservation, poor breakfast options, and a receptionist with bad behavior. However, overall positive feedback highlights excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good services, varied meals, and extreme cleanliness.
